COLOR
The Sylvaner is pale yellow with glints of silver, limpid and quite brilliant, hinting at its crispness.
NOSE
Before breathing, the nose reveals an earthy, spring-like aroma, mixing fine lemony notes with those of juicy pears. Breathing intensifies the wine’s crispness. Notes of mint and angelica mingle with a cocktail of citrus and zests, through which you can sense the characteristic bitterness.
TASTE
Light and fresh on the palate with floral aromas, the wine develops thanks to its fine, thirst-quenching acidity. A short but fresh finish is characterized by a slight bitterness that gives depth to the tasting.
PAI 2-3 caudalies
