Paul Zinck created the winery in 1964 and, by buying and leasing parcels, it has become one of the great independent producers in Alsace, with 30 hectares of vines. The vintage 2007 wines are clear and fresh. The wine: frank, with a nose of fresh citrus and white flowers, the taste well-balanced with good minerality.

Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé

This crémant is 100% pinot noir, made with the traditional method. A nose of flowers, like a bouquet, makes it a very feminine wine. It provides lovely vivacity and a long finish. It's a real alternative to champagne for a celebratory meal.

4 stars (highly recommended) with a score of 16.6/20. Lean and tight. Big and powerful. Very perfumed with spicy notes, rather like a touch of Gewürztraminer, but it's still pure and characterful. Great élan and style.
